AMEX Summit 2016 branding & experience design

Every year, Emerge holds a 2-day training and awards summit for its clients’ inside sales team of 180 in Phoenix, Arizona. I developed the fun, employee-focused theme, “All About U” to build enthusiasm and encourage attendance. It was embraced by employees—nearly 100% attended, and one employee even wrote and recorded a song based on the theme. After the summit was over, participants were emailed a link to a yearbook page that included photos and a retrospective video.
