Shared Culture of Success branding & program rollout

I created the logo and all associated communications for the Shared Culture of Success program. Designed to increase employee retention and performance, the program included employee training, development, engagement, and rewards components. To roll the program out to our client’s Phoenix, AZ team, we developed a movie theme featuring a glimpse of the Shared Culture of Success logo. Employees were invited to the rollout event with a teaser email that created some major buzz—event attendance was nearly 100%.
